Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday 8:30am to 12:00noon

Walk-in appointments are available daily.

• We accept patients from 0 to 19 years of age.
• We accept many private commercial insurance carriers.
• We are also providers for Blue Care, John Deere TennCare, PHP TennCare and TennCare Select.
• A provider from our staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergency care or questions.
• We have two board certified pediatricians, Dr. Samuel Puckett and Dr.
  Bolling Brawley and two nurse practitioners, Laura Strader and Macy
  Hooper-Layman.
• Our office is handicapped accessible and we are glad to provide medical care
  to special needs children.
• Our purpose is to help you raise your children as healthy as possible.
